My thoughts on the current state of marketing on the internet.

It is that time of year where thoughts turn to family and friends during this holiday season. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and are able to spend quality time with family and friends.
There will be a lot of marketing on the net. Be wary of outrageous claims for products and services. If it seems to good to be true then thoroughly check out the information provided. Anyone promising to do all the work for you is doing nothing but lining their pockets with your money.
For some of us things will slow down until the first of the year. Now is the time to evaluate what is working and not working for you and in spending time developing a plan for the upcoming year. Work on your websites to freshen them up with perhaps a new look and content for the upcoming year. Make some goals for the next year and write them down and do a progress check every quarter. Develop a plan of action and follow through during the next year. Focus on your business and don't get sidetracked by new programs that come out every week. Consider new programs if they fit in with your goals, plan, and are of use in making your primary business better.
